Health care facilities considering mandating staff vaccination face a difficult tradeoff. While additional vaccination coverage will directly reduce disease transmission within the facility, the imposition of a mandate may also cause vaccine-hesitant staff to quit, which could harm patient care. Authors study this tradeoff.

The Archstone Foundation produced several dashboards that use 2019–2020 CHIS and California Long Term Services and Supports (CA-LTSS) Follow-On Survey data to highlight topic areas that include older adults’ connections to health and social services, health and well-being of older adults, health and well-being of caregivers, access to health and social services, and reduction in unmet health and social needs.
