Yazmine Desanges is the design and digital media coordinator at the UCLA Center for Health Policy Research (CHPR). Desanges is the primary designer for digital and print media graphics to promote and support UCLA CHPR and its staff. Desanges also assists the Communications Department with social media campaigns, engagement, and posting.
Prior to joining UCLA CHPR, Desanges served as a research assistant at the UCLA Henry Samueli School of Engineering, working closely with the associate dean of diversity and inclusion to diversify the UCLA Engineering Department. She also provided design support for their Center for Excellence in Engineering and Diversity (CEED) program to help increase retention rates within the program.
Desanges has a bachelor’s degree in physiological sciences with a minor in gender studies from UCLA.
